Kent maintenance service was founded in June 2014 by Jack Warwick who With a passion and thriving mixed long line background of hands on jobs from multi trades and building experiences including rail. He started KMS with a small spade

and a loaned ladder from a neighbours house of his first ever gutter clear customer. It was after this rigorous task of being up a ladder that inspired Jack to find a solution that was safer for him and others to carry out the task of gutter clearing. Jack a short time after invested in a machine that would cut down the time from 4 hours to just 20-30 mins to perform a safe from the ground up clear solution. From this point on the business grew to the fact that Jack would be able bodied to take on quiet litterally any task as far as home improvements was concered. Naturally tallented a gift for the market of maintneance, today moving at a nice pace with some great completed jobs some of which includes, brick work/laying, re-pointing, cement patch up works/concreating, Fencing, Landscaping, decking, upvc gutter replacemeants and repairs, driveways block paving, interior and exterior painting and decorating, astro turfing and the list goes on...
